TARGET GROUP

There are many factors that contribute to a person ending up outside the working life. Acts Counsellor Ministry gears its support mainly to two groups:

People who have lost touch with the working life due to causes like having been put on the sick-list for a very long time.

People who have some form of cognitive disability. These are mainly younger people and it often leads to problems with behaviour or attitude, social ability, relationships and the ability of obtaining and keep housing and work.

This group of people often need active support for a longer period of time. For this purpose Acts Counsellor Ministry has at its disposal some thirty flats and offers the opportunity to different forms of house training.

Since all people have different needs and requirements, each assignment is adapted after the individual. We customize the support and meet the individual at her or his specific point in life.

We believe that every man and woman has an inner power and ability that he/she can use to create a meaningful life themselves, a life full of opportunity. Acts Counsellor Ministry wants to be a close and personal support in this process.
